Looks like unloading time here depends purely on luck. I checked in at 8:45 AM, my appointment was at 10:15, and they didn’t unload me until 12:45. Meanwhile, drivers who arrived after me got unloaded faster than I did. Terrible place. They constantly prioritize loading drivers and completely ignore the ones waiting for unloading.
