Unfortunately I can't express how bad this place is. We got loaded in WI at exceptional shipper who get us loaded earlier than the app time but this receiver is a Joke. Never trust broker or this receiver for the app times. Call to confirm cuz they are not offloading peope earlier or even on time. And they take a lunch at 11 am till 12 pm. For real all company takes lunch. Even Jose ? Will be never coming back to them. Save your time and money. If you see people leaving bad reviwes trust them for sure. Avoid negative reviews…Easy in and out …friendly staff … just took 25 min to unload
Arrived 11:15a for 11a appointment. Per the negative reviews I was expecting the worse. Pleasantly surprised. From what I gather be ontime follow instructions and you should be in and out in under 2hrs. This was a pickup and not delivery fyi.
