My appointment was scheduled for 9:00 AM, and I arrived at 8:15 AM. Upon check-in, I was told my appointment was at 10:00 AM. I was called to the dock at 9:15 AM, and at 10:00 AM, I was free for the next load. Everything went quickly and smoothly. For truck drivers unloading plastic waste: IMPORTANT: DO NOT OPEN THE TRAILER DOORS ON GROUND!!! ONLY ON CONCRETE NEAR THE DOCK. They are very upset, and understandably so.
On 5/4 i checked in at 12pm for 1pm appointment. Woman in receiving office asked me to wait in the yard she will call me with the dock assignment. At 2:30 i went in to check what’s going on, only to find out that she forgot about me. 🤦♂️ Then they sent to a warehouse 2 miles away. They have huge dirt yard but they will not allow overnight parking. Not a nice place to deliver the load.

Unfortunately I can't express how bad this place is. We got loaded in WI at exceptional shipper who get us loaded earlier than the app time but this receiver is a Joke. Never trust broker or this receiver for the app times. Call to confirm cuz they are not offloading peope earlier or even on time. And they take a lunch at 11 am till 12 pm. For real all company takes lunch. Even Jose ? Will be never coming back to them. Save your time and money. If you see people leaving bad reviwes trust them for sure.
