Amazing customer service. Saved the day when our pump broke for our paddle board by loaning us theirs. Then provided great recommendations when we decided to rent a second paddle board. Then allowed us to exchange for a kayak. Super friendly and professional. Highly recommend. Plus you can’t beat their location at Kings Beach.

Very disappointing experience. We wanted to rent life jackets for the day and were shocked to learn they charged $80 per person to rent them. What made it even more frustrating was seeing the exact same life jackets available for purchase for only $40. Charging double the purchase price for a one-day rental feels unreasonable and difficult to justify. On top of that, the staff was rude and dismissive when we asked questions about the pricing. Great little shop for paddleboard and kayak rentals, and bikes too. The owner Marcus is usually around and a super friendly guy!
