They deleted my review from 2 years ago which is scary that a business can do that to a legitimate review from a real customer. My hair was extremely botched here 2 years ago by Kristi. Since then I have had to deal with the aftermath and am FINALLY getting my confidence back after growing it out (I even had to get extensions at one point) Not only was it the worst highlights I have ever seen anyone get, my hair was falling out.
