I was a skeptic at first however now I'm a believer. First check their site and make an appointment. They have flexible appointment times, I believe their latest is 7pm. Check in at the front and if it's your first time you'll sign a waiver. Next you'll get a tour of the facility and then have a chance to change into a robe and sandals. We had an absolutely wonderful first float experience. The spa itself is gorgeous and the staff provided everything we needed. I recommend this place to anyone who could use a break from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. We will definitely be back!
Adrift was my first float experience. The staff was informative and answered any questions we had before we had them. The provide lockers and robes. Massage chairs really help to calm your state of mind and get relaxed before getting into your tank. I definitely prefer the tank with no lights and no music. Don't shave before going, and read their other tips if you have never floated before. Prices can be a little high, but they have specials every now and then that bring it down to a great value!
