Absolutely terrible!!! First the women doesn't answer the phone to setup an appointment, doesn't call back, only texts. Eventually, we were able to schedule an appointment through text (in writing). I then should up for my appointment and guess what? She told me I was there on the wrong day, she thought it was scheduled for another date. When I showed her the texts (turns out it is helpful she only texts), she said, "I'm sorry" without fixing the issue, completely unprofessional.
