I agree with all the complaints about the office plus scheduling, nevermind call backs etc. Crystal run is still, by far, the worst place to go for doctors.
Dr. Solomon is thorough. She is a good listener and shows concern. I’m glad to have her on my health team.
Dr. Salomon is professional and caring; she actually listens, which is a refreshing change from my last neurologist! I highly recommend using the online E-checkin ahead of your appointment, then letting them know via the portal when you’ve actually arrived to her office. That way you can skip the whole front desk line!
I have been a patient at Crystal Run Healthcare for over a decade. Starting in August, I began seeing doctors in the West Nyack office and have been thoroughly disappointed. My GP from Crystal Run recommended that I see Dr. Salomon for migraines. She said she was the best in the practice and I was looking forward to getting some answers.
