I went here at age 15 with my mom as my Christmas gift. I had brown hair and it was an appointment to go lighter - to a golden, yellow classic blonde. I literally said those words and was given streaky, orange hair that looked like a middle schooler had done it using a very cheap CVS color. Gail is my stylist, and she is fabulous! I have always disliked my baby fine hair. She managed to listen to what I wanted and gave me a cut and low lights that made my hair look amazing!
Every time I go, its a wonderful experience. All the staff, especially Gail go out of their way to to make your visit as happy as possible. Especially the end result.
