Dr. Pott is wonderful, professional, kind, and she makes me Feel comfortable throughout my visit. would highly recommend them.
The Scheduler searched for a provider available for a new patient appointment, in my location, before October 2025. The scheduler found an appointment for me 2 days after I called. I arrived to my appointment at schedule time but not 15-30 minutes earlier. The office reception presented me with 2 authorizations to sign and the patient history paperwork. Dr. Potts is wonderful! She takes the time to listen to her patients, answers questions, and goes the extra mile for insurance needs, if necessary. Her staff is great as well and the office is very punctual.
Doctor spent time explaining everything about the procedure and alternatives should I choose that. She also attempted a biopsy, and when that didn't work, she made an effort to try again vs. giving up.
