The Scheduler searched for a provider available for a new patient appointment, in my location, before October 2025. The scheduler found an appointment for me 2 days after I called. I arrived to my appointment at schedule time but not 15-30 minutes earlier. The office reception presented me with 2 authorizations to sign and the patient history paperwork.
