Went and saw this MD then asked for a referral. The referral info given was incomplete and given back to MD for correction but this MD, or office, cancelled my procedure. When I asked about this four months later it took two weeks for Heckler's office to get back to me. Because of urgency I stayed with Heckler for procedure. and had procedure done at her clinic. I recently had a procedure with Dr Heckler and could not be more pleased. She was concise, professional, and kind. I was impressed and would recommend her to friends and family.
I scheduled an appointment with Dr. Heckler regarding an urgent issue. The appointment was booked one month in advance. She cancelled the appointment same-day with an offer to reschedule another month out. Beware her dangerous standard of care.
Total PRO. Genuine and kind with lots of experience. 10/10 would visit again
Vasectomy. Heckler was upfront, honest and friendly. If Heckler was a general doctor, I would use her for everything. I will use Heckler for all urology needs. The consultation: Heckler was on time and quick. The procedure was gone over and all of my questions were answered.
