I’m not one to leave reviews but felt I had to for this. Had an appointment last week with Dr Beatty and did not have a pleasant experience. My appointment felt rushed and I could already sense in the air from the staff that they were annoyed that I was even there since I was towards the end of the day. There was a coldness in tone from the nurse who took my weight and other information. In 2024, I started seeing Dr. Beatty. She had been the doctor for some women I knew, and I had heard great things about her, so when it was time to find a new doctor, she was at the top of my list. At my very first appointment, though, I left feeling uneasy. I saw Dr. Beatty for a follow-up appointment after starting a medication. Unfortunately, the appointment felt rushed, and when I asked questions to better understand, I felt dismissed. Dr. Beatty’s tone came across as condescending, as if I was being a burden for seeking clarity. The staff are super welcoming quick and efficient. I was nervous with being a new patient but Dr. Beatty and her staff made me feel very comfortable, they answered all my questions and LISTENED to my concerns. Dr. Beatty took time to educate me to resolve anxiety and gave me options for care moving forward. It’s been a long time since I’ve felt good and seen from the front to the back of the office.
