Very bad experience and judging from the other reviews it seems to be common. My first appointment with her and I could hear her talking about me outside of the door. She did not knock, smile or seem interested at all when she walked in. She seemed rather annoyed that I was there. I also felt as if I couldn’t trust her knowledge. Saw another reviewer saying they wanted to cry walking out and I felt the same way. I had questions I wanted to ask but did not feel comfortable asking them.
Is there a 0 star? My sister is having a preeclampsia after giving birth, was never told that she had a high blood pressure during pregnancy which led to preeclampsia. She didn’t feel right during pregnancy, she sent her doctor multiple notes regarding that, but most of the time no response, or just to say “it’s normal” Clearly it wasn’t, her feet and legs are swollen, went back to the hospital two days after she was released from giving birth to get sent home again. If I could give this girl 0 stars, I WOULD!! I don’t care how “good” of a Doctor she may be, this lady is RUDE and has TERRIBLE communication skills. My sister is a first-time mom, and this girl, yes GIRL, has been so rude to her since the beginning. Condescending remarks, smart mouth, and making her feel as if she is dumb for asking questions that MAKE SENSE, regarding her baby, her FIRST baby. I 100% would not recommend this GIRL. I’m not one to leave reviews but felt I had to for this. Had an appointment last week with Dr Beatty and did not have a pleasant experience. My appointment felt rushed and I could already sense in the air from the staff that they were annoyed that I was even there since I was towards the end of the day. There was a coldness in tone from the nurse who took my weight and other information. In 2024, I started seeing Dr. Beatty. She had been the doctor for some women I knew, and I had heard great things about her, so when it was time to find a new doctor, she was at the top of my list. At my very first appointment, though, I left feeling uneasy.
