They saved the day! My husband and I were in the opening days of escrow when our lender tried to pull a fast one and increased the fees by almost $10k. This is my first time purchasing a home so i'm a rookie to the loan process; however, It was without a doubt my most enjoyable experience. Adriel and Nickole was there whenever I needed a question answered whether it was after work hours or weekends they are very helpful. My husband and I are beyond grateful for Adriel and his team. Although we closed in March I would be remiss if I didn't sing Adriel's praises even at this late date. He was attentive to my many emails, texts and calls.
