I have never been treated so badly in my life, I was circling around this very confusing complex with no signage what so ever on where offices are; all the while I am calling the office to talk to someone to walk me through where exactly their office was; I was in the vicinity but for the life of me kept going in circles; I was on hold for over ten minutes (while the automated on hold message kept saying that I was first in line) by the time someone finally answered I was 10 min late for my appointment. Updated: since the reply blaming COVID I’ve decided to update my review. Normally I would not share such personal information but I hope it helps someone else. I do not want anyone to go through what I am going through. I delivered csection June 30. A week later I called explaining I was getting the chills and shaking uncontrollably...I was told this is normal. They did not schedule to see me just dismissed me. Switching doctors. Horrible experience. Extremely disappointed in the care I received here. I had my twins and never heard back from the doctor that delivered them. It’s clear...they got their money and that’s what it was all about. This place is too big and you are just a number. If you are considering this place I would definitely ask how many patients are on the doctors case load. I wish I would have. The best thing about that office is Candi she was extremely helpful.

RecommendedI love my doctors here and the staff!! HOWEVER, after have 2 babies with them- I have yet to be seen at my scheduled appointment. It’s so frustrating having to wait 20+ minutes to get called back to the room, then another 10+ minutes to be seen. I’m very limited on my appointments due to having a full time job, and I feel like the timing is very unprofessional.
I recently switched over to Adriatica after having a horrible experience else where. This office is staffed with a caring and compassionate staff. They have kept a log on phone calls etc. They take the time to walk me through steps and make sure I know it’s my body my choices. This is where I will be staying put. So far I have worked with Dr Banks. She has been amazing!

Beautiful grounds, beautiful waiting area, lovely staff, Drs are all wonderful. I have seen Dr. Dani and Liz and both are phenomenal. They are willing to take the time to talk and provide valuable information while being fun and professional!! Highly recommend!
I’ve been a patient at Adriatica for a little over a year (I was recommended to this place by another physician, by the way), and I love it. Dr. Banks is AWESOME! It’s been a little over 6 months since she performed my hysterectomy, and her follow-through, care, and advice has been great.
