I just bought hearing aids 3 months ago from the provider my insurance told me to. Anyway I have been having problems with them and when I visited my provider they had a sign on the door saying they're closed to call another location several miles away. I did 4 times without a response. I contacted my insurance provider and they set me up with AudioNova in McKinney. I got appt a few days out with Marco Pulido. I have been having issues hearing in quiet situations fo awhile. Marco did all of the testing and we found the frequencies at which I do have a loss of hearing. Marco got me fitted into some hearing aids and I was able to go home with them all in the same day. Sucks getting old, but now I know the cause and have mitigated the issue all thanks to AudioNova.
10/10 definitely recommend!! We were in desperate need of a last minute hearing aid modification and stumbled upon this location and were treated with great care, as if we were long time customers! The office staff along with the Hearing Instrument Specialist Mark, were 100% nice, kind, and respectful and went above and beyond to assist my son. I purchased my hearing aids from Adriatica Audiology, which is now AudioNova about 4 years ago. Chris, who is the first person you see when you walk in the door, has always been a ray of sunshine! All of the staff there are very helpful, patient, and kind. Through the name changes there have been changes in Audiologists.
