I've been to several audiologist over the last 20 years and this was by far the best experience I have ever had! As someone who works in the hearing industry, I know awesome when I hear it/See it!
I am only 47 and have degenerative hearing loss that has been a "slow fade" loss over the past year to two years so it has been mostly unnoticed by me. I took my 80-year-old mother to Dr. Bary after contacting Adriatica and talking with Scarlett, who went above and beyond to accommodate our needs and help me get information. I chose Adriatica because Scarlett was so amazing over the telephone, but I have to say after meeting Dr. Bary and seeing how he worked with my mother, I couldn't be more impressed. My mom has been going to Denny at AA for about a year now. Denny is amazing. Lots of patience - a very big + in my book when working with someone who knows nothing about technology. She has done well with her hearing aids and continues to get better at using all the devices. We have never felt rushed and always get our questions answered. I have never had a more in-depth hearing test! Denny Denton went over and above my expectations! His many years experience and deep desire to help people to hear is outstanding! He truly has a heart for those with a hearing loss and will do everything in his power to help you to hear, no matter how many adjustments it takes! Also,Scarlett was very friendly and extremely helpful!
