My mom has been going to AudioNova for a little while and after every visit, she is able to hear better than before. Mark, audio specialist, is very patient, understanding and extremely knowledgeable. He has made recommendations and supported my mom each step of the way. I just bought hearing aids 3 months ago from the provider my insurance told me to. Anyway I have been having problems with them and when I visited my provider they had a sign on the door saying they're closed to call another location several miles away. I did 4 times without a response. I contacted my insurance provider and they set me up with AudioNova in McKinney. I got appt a few days out with Marco Pulido. He found the issue immediately and resolved it. He also explained to me more about my aids and how to maintain them.... read more
I have been having issues hearing in quiet situations fo awhile. Marco did all of the testing and we found the frequencies at which I do have a loss of hearing. Marco got me fitted into some hearing aids and I was able to go home with them all in the same day. Sucks getting old, but now I know the cause and have mitigated the issue all thanks to AudioNova.
