We recommend highly about Adrian pool, the customer service team are welcome/ helpful and clarify with you what you need to resolve and how you need to take care of your own pool , Still visiting Adrian pools and wouldn’t go elsewhere .
We cannot recommended Alistair at Adrian’s Pools any higher than 10 stars out of five. He is the kindest man in the pool business we have ever come across. Alistair went out of his way to help me and my children figure out how to use our pump and everything to do with the pool, taking time out of working hours and handling me crying and hysterical as the seller/agent took everything and left me nothing (Angell Real Estate will screw you to the ground- DO NOT USE THEM). ABSOLUTE 5 STARS!!!! We recently bought a house and were after some info / advice on the pool. Luckily for us, the previous owner of the house previously used Adrian's Pool Service for regular maintenance. Donna was very helpful with my enquiry, offered advice and passed my questions onto Adrian when he returned to the shop. Adrian promptly called me back, told me he knew the pool well and offered some solutions to "try" before taking our money for a call out.
