As a business that relies on our pool being in a good condition and well maintained I wouldn’t recommend this business. Very slow and poor service and they truly don’t care about their long-term customers. Pool serviced on a Monday then totally green 2 days later and no attempt to come and assist. Moved to another business in the area and couldn’t be more happier with the service. Pathetic, we deeply regret giving these guys our business for so long.
Absolutely poor service !!! Been with them for years now supporting their business. 2 days after a service pool went green. Called and they showed no interest in immediately helping resolve the issue. Called another pool company that immediately came and fixed the error. Don’t support business that don’t support you as a customer
Garbage service. I had an urgent Airbnb issue which needed emergency attention. I called Adrian's Pool Services at 8am when they opened. A staff member took all of my details and promised someone would attend that afternoon. They were a no show so I called them the next day, again they promised the owner would personally attend - another no show, without any notification.
