Dr. SALICRU was timely, attentive, listened, explained himself clearly, provided clear instructions & information. I’m completely satisfied.
Wow! It’s so refreshing to have a doctor who takes the time to listen and explain one’s condition. Almost every doctor I’ve talked to at Kaiser seems rushed and some even said “I have to go to my next patient” etc, but not Dr. Salicru. Thank you so much for making me feel heard. I feel very fortunate to have him be my child’s doctor.
The doctor and his staff were superb. They exemplified exactly what KP members should expect. They were prompt, kind, patient, accommodating and knowledgeable. Kudos all around.
