I was looking for a new Gastroenterologist and when I called their office, the 1st person I spoke with was very friendly. After listening to me, I was given choices of a new doctor. Then scheduling was very effortless. When I visited the office and met my new doctor, I was very impressed. Every person and encounter was very pleasant. Scheduling for a procedure was effortless. I would highly recommend this doctor and office.

I had a Great experience with this first visit. I look forward to my future appointments. The staff and Dr. Van Norman were extremely attentive and supportive with me and I was very comfortable throughout my appointment.

Dr. Van Norman was so helpful for my mother-in-law when she needed help with an issue. She's kind, patient, and truly cares about her patients. Her office was responsive and helpful with our questions as well. Would visit again, but hopefully don't need to!

Communication is hard. They kept rescheduling appointments. Colonoscopy had to be cancelled last minute because they were not good at communicating Instructions. You call them and they put you on a long hold. Dr. Van Norman’s Assistant cannot be easily reached. They don’t reply promptly to messages. You put patients on strict diet/fasting for a procedure, you have to be careful and prompt, especially if you have patients who have other medical issues such as diabetes.
