I took my dog, Teddy in for his intal vet appointment. Amazing staff, Teddy and I were in and out within 35 minutes. They were transparent on any costs, were fantastic with Teddy.
Dr. Mocca did an excellent job diagnosing our cat with a rare condition. She was gentle and kind with our cat and informative with us. All of our questions were answered. I also appreciate that we’re allowed to bring our cat into the clinic in person rather than drop off our cat at the door. Wonderful experience overall. We’ll continue to work with Mt View in the future.
I brought my Great Dane (who is a rescue dog) in for a physical. I was so impressed from the very beginning! The front desk, the vet tech, and Dr Mocca knew exactly how to work with a large breed AND a rescue!! They understood his temperament, his quirks, and his needs. They have always taken very good care of my pups.
We have been taking our dog to Mountain View for some time, and until recently we trusted that he was in good hands. That trust has been badly shaken by how his recent, very serious health situation was handled. Our pup has had mild regurgitation issues since he came to live with us, but last Thursday night his symptoms suddenly became much worse.
