Unprofessional, does not respond by text or phone call or show up when supposed to. Would say they were coming back next day to finish or would come on the weekend: no text or call that they weren’t coming . When they finally did come back; it was weeks later and we had no idea they were coming. Hid cutting trunk in pieces by not cutting all of the way through. Only cut through top piece appearing to be cut through bc their chain saw was too small. Not fully equipped to handle too big a job. Unreliable. Spend more money and ... read more
This is the same tree service as The Tree Monkey. Not a reliable business. They started the job and never finished. Left us a huge mess.
