My husband and I are a newly arrived bicoastal couple in Aliso Viejo. I am only able to make here every couple months from the East Coast for 2-3 weeks. When I landed here a week or so ago , I knew we needed help and asap. I contacted Alex from reading good reviews fr ND. He was able to come that day to ck our place out and also squeeze us into his schedule the next day. I have never seen this place as clean as his 2 person team left it. We hope to continue with A&A and would recommend their services to anyone else.

We were happy with the cleaning job of our 2 bedroom condo. At first there was a slight language barrier with the cleaner, but we were able to get on the phone with the owner/manager quickly and address our issues. I had called multiple services about a week in advance, for my rental move-out and all the companies were booked! I needed a a last minute deep clean done and Alex’s team delivered! Not only was he able to get someone over the next day, the lady he sent over was absolutely amazing and left our apartment cleaner than when we first moved in. It’s also so easy to book via text with them, would definitely recommend

AVOID: I hired Alex and Adrianna to deep clean my house in Laguna Beach and we agreed to terms that included the entire house, inside and outside. Once everything was finished, I checked on the house and the house was still fairly dirty with many many instances of noticeably dirty areas that were given no attention at all. Including this, the garage was left completely uncleaned and multiple doors were left unlocked.
