We unfortunately did not have a pleasant experience this time around here. We were told multiple times by a doctor and nurse that the cast saw would absolutely not cut my son. Well, it surely did. Over and over again all down his leg. When I told the nurse it cut him she said, “Oh, with the waterproof lining it can be tricky.” Then why did you make me and my 4 year old feel dumb for him screaming and crying when it was actually cutting him? Tyler Moore is fantastic.
Very dissapointed.
I'm pretty old, and I've moved a lot in my life for work. So I've dealt with many, many clinics. Many (but not all) had clean, modern and comfortable facilities like this one. Some (but not all) had highly experienced and professional providers like Madison. But at not a single other place did the entire staff show the kind of understanding, empathy and basic human kindness that I experienced here. Thank you.
I went in as a walk in patient and was seen by Tyler Moore. I had been sick for about 5 days, non stop coughing and feverish. He told me to take vitamins and emergen-c, gave me cough meds and treated it as a viral and said antibiotics wouldn’t help me. He kind of wide eyed me and i felt as though he didn’t take me seriously. I went to a clinic in Ammon the same day to get a second opinion and they actually cared to treat me there.
