Gerardo was very helpful and straight to the point of what I needed. He turned around my experience because the guy I had talked to 5 minutes prior. I’m mad I can’t remember his name which is why I’m assuming he didn’t send me anything to review him on was very rude and overcharging me something I didn’t need to pay. So thank you Gerardo

I had Adriana’s Insurance for several years, and at first they were fine. Unfortunately, that completely changed. They enrolled me in a new policy without canceling my existing one, which resulted in me being double-charged for months before I caught the error. Once I reported it, nothing was resolved. I spoke with multiple agents who promised to “look into it,” including a so-called manager escalation, but no one ever followed up or fixed the issue.
