Dr. Saenz is thorough, kind and smart. She shows that she really cares about you and takes your concerns seriously. The clinic is well-managed and easy to get in. Her nurse is also kind, funny and highly competent.
Treated like a number, and with suspicion after I advocated for myself. She doesn’t listen or follow up when she says she will and she attempts to get tests done at her clinic regardless of coverage - just don’t - which is sad because as a woman I sought out a female to avoid the lack of respect and dignity men usually provide to their female patients - too bad
Dr Saenz cares for me as a person. She had studied my chart and knew all about me before I came in for my appointment. She is knowledgeable in many areas. I would highly recommend her.
Dr Saenz has a welcoming manner, which was helpful as a new patient. She was prepared: she had reviewed our medical histories before my wife and I were seen. Lolita was kind and made us feel comfortable. I am happy with Dr Saenz and I know she will take an interest in following us.
