I have always been doing hair cut here since last 2 years. Just today there is one new black tall guy having short hair wearing green crocs, he has been extremely rude to customers and telling me and other customers that there are other barbers, why are you waiting here? And haven’t seen such a nasty guy ever in my life. I don’t know where the old staff went but ain’t coming here for life now unless management takes some action against this guy
Called and came to this place at 9pm after a long day at work it’s now 10:30pm. They said the wait was 20 mins. I asked if the owner was available he said he’s done for the night. I said it’s cool I’ll wait… now, I’ve been sitting here for over 1 hour and other walk ins are being taken before addressing me? When I asked Juan (chair 2) he said I have other people to cut and took the walk ins before me…. So did the other barber… They clearly did not have an appointment.
