Not a typical Orlando doctor. Takes her time with her patients. She takes a holistic approach to your health. She is not prescribing medicines for the heck of it. I trust her judgement and integrity as a doctor. I wish she had more appointment slots.
I’ve been going here for almost two years and the staff was great. Recently, they have changed staff 2-3 times now, lost my information, and never called me back after I requested additional information. The new/ “current” staff seems new and inexperienced. Not sure if I will be returning.
Dr Otto has been my doc for 3 yrs now. She became my doctor when I was diagnosed with cancer at FL Hospital. She starting rounding on me during my stay at the hospital. She not only has been a very caring, compassionate, knowledgable, helpful, available, great bedside manners, etc but she has gone above and beyond for me. She's been helpful regarding my medical state and condition and is always very timely with anything that I need regarding my medical care and attention.
