Worst clinic ever. The place is dirty inside and out. Employees are rude, don’t even try calling because they never answer. Not to mention they take HOURS to check you in. And when it comes to prescriptions they take days to send a simple PA or refill request. Please don’t waste your time and money here and look for a better place where they actually care for you and your health.
Do not waste your time. I have been seeing Dr. O'Neal for the last 6 months.. I requested a letter 2.5 weeks ago, they still have provided it. I was also misdiagnosed on something to do blood work she ordered, plain as day it says inconclusive on the paperwork.. The staff is absolutely horrible. Simple request for prescription refills are refused. I'm sorry but if your General Practioner can't accomplish and accommodate these simple task they aren't worth having.. I would not use them as your primary care Physician...
