I booked an appointment with this Dr because it said in the reviews that she was companionate, listen, and take time with patients, also that she speaks Spanish. She was completely the contrary. I waited almost an hour, finally when it was my turn she was very short and in less than 15 minutes she was leaving the room, I asked if she was done and she said that she has a lot of patients waiting, I was so upset because i didn’t have any time to tell her anything, it was my first visit. I absolutely LOVE Dr Moncayo! If I could, I would have her for my primary. She speaks to me, not at me, addresses all of my concerns no matter how crazy they may be, and takes her time going over everything, making sure I understand her. I feel heard, every time I leave her office. I have had a lot of doctors in my life time, and she is in the top 3!
I was wondering if I could ever find a Reumotologist that could help me, I did when I found Dr. Moncayo. Very relieved knowing I can seek help and get accurate answers.
