This office billed my insurance differently than they ever had in the several years that I had been a patient there. It caused issues with the payment, but not at any fault of mine. The manager was hounding me for payment during the most difficult time in my lifetime. On top of which the billing paperwork they sent to me belonged to another patient and had that persons address and personal information on it. Every visit I have had was a positive experience. The staff were always incredibly friendly, personable and kind, even when I was VERY nervous. They are really professional, knowledgeable and skilled. The office is super clean and lovely, too.
I’ve never had a dentist take you in their office to get to know you as a new patient. And tell you about herself. Best experience I’ve had with a dentist. The cleaning was amazing. Not painful like others I’ve had. They explain everything completely. I’m so glad my insurance is accepted here. They are highly recommended!!
They are super nice and really know what they are doing. Dr even came in on a Friday evening to fix a small problem for me. Highly recommended!
