Took my granddaughter for her first appt (age 6) ... dr. carcamo was very kind and thorough and made everyone comfortable. So glad we found him.
I liked Dr. Carcamo, he is very funny and professional. He took some photos of my eyes, something that I've never seen in an optometrist office.
The doctor was great the staff was horrible especially the women that is so-posed to take your order for the glasses you want she was straight down nasty to my mother very disrespectful also has a attitude problem, not only that because she was upset with my mother she didn't order my mother glasses i didn't find out about it until its was more then a month and they had yet to call me. so i called them and they told me they dont have any record about that order being done. not very professional
