The patient-customer service is excellent as everyone greets you with a smile. The patient care by the doctors n medical staff is superb!
This office is efficient, and patient friendly.
Something has gone wrong at Peterson health. I have tried getting through on the phone and that is mostly an impossibility. Whether to make an appointment or confirm one or just call with a question. Wait time is astounding if they come on at all. It is evident that there are parameters and restrictions that dictate a visit. There is a sense of stress in what should be a very accommodating environment.
