Water Heater died on Christmas Eve, and Lucas was out to replace it Christmas morning. Alex and Eric were both professional and helpful on the phone as well. Price was in range with others quoted in our area, and we didn’t get a markup for service on a holiday! Thank you!

The day I went into the hospital for surgery, our water heater died. My wife called Adrian The Plumber (we have used them before) to replace the one located in the attic. The space is very compressed and the first installer was just too large to complete the job. He called the office and they sent out PeniB who was smaller and could fit into the space. He did a fantastic job of the install. We will always use this company when we need a new water heater. Thank you!!

Paul the phone representative was helpful in explaining the process. I was able to schedule a same day appointment for an installation of a new water heater. Doniel was the service technician who arrived within the schedule time. He explained the process, we signed the contract, and Doniel went right to work! He completed the install within the time he said. Doniel was professional and courteous. A genuine pleasure to meet him! Had hot water a short time later!

Mark came to the house when he said and on time. He evaluated my tankless which was not big enough for our home. He explained the difference in tankless heaters. He was able to install in a new heater in a short period of time as we needed it. he was very professional and followed up with us to insure we were satisfied with the performance and the job he did. I would recommend him to anyone.
