So I arrive 15 minutes early, as requested. Completed my check in on line day before my appointment, again as requested. Staff is friendly and I am taken to the back, weighed, blood pressure. All within by 5 minutes after my appointment. Things are looking pretty good. Here i have been waiting for 45 minutes, no doctor, no one has checked on me. I can hear others being checked in taken to different rooms. Doctors these days should be billed for patients having to wait. I say $100 per hour, that we sit waiting on our schedule... read more

Doctor Santamaria is great but the appointment wait and office staff are rude and not very compassionate. The problem being you can’t get to the doctor without dealing with rude people. I was a patient for 12 years I thought, and then I found out you get kicked off the list if you dare do so well that you don’t need him in 2 years. I filled out the papers to be put back on his roster only to be told they do not have them on file. Now when I need him the most, his office policies and staff have let me down.
