I came in for a much anticipated extraction and my experience was ideal to say least. The staff and Dr. were both kind and competent. The Dr. put me at ease and made sure the work was done. I have since gone back for a follow up and all is well. Competent and consistent.
After not having any dental treatment for 2 years I was very, very, VERY anxious to look for one that would accommodate my nervous needs. I'm glad I found Dr Sanchez office. The location is nice. Bad experience here. Second time I experience some racism like this. Here it goes, a person supposedly named "Ryan", if i remember correctly, who manages the property was very rude to me as I got out of my car. They asked me "can I help you?" in a rude tone, very confrontational, I said "no thanks". Ryan looks white, I'm latino, and what basically happened to me is some sort of racism, or at least profiling or prejudice. They asked me "can I help you"? "are you good"?
