We were thrilled with the level of service from Adrian Mechanical. They were timely and professional, and we feel they went above and beyond to fit us in and replace our furnace. With our home being 124 years old, mechanics going wrong can be nerve racking, especially in the winter, but we have such piece of mind to have a new furnace that works so, so well, replaced so fast. Communication from the front desk to the service work has always been professional, clear and effective. The techs in the field are quick to resolve issues and have a keen eye for troubleshooting a variety of systems. Follow ups and invoicing from them have made being a returning customer an easy choice.
Project Manager, Andy Carver did an amazing job at our clinic. We had all new HVAC units installed with new thermostats throughout our whole office. We were struggling with the new thermostats at first and in this heat/humidity it was a little rough. Andy came in and listened to what we needed and was able to get the building cooled down before he left and made the thermostats "a little more user friendly".
