The whole team was knowledgeable, efficient (ie considerate of my time), excellent at communicating, kind and pleasant. Contrary to my typical health care experiences (a function of the Canadian health care system being plagued by inefficiencies and shortages), the health care team took the time to listen carefully and communicate effectively. I had been suffering from vertigo for 23 years before I met Dr. Priesol at MEE. Not one neurologist or ENT in my area could ever make a correct diagnosis for me. Working with Dr. Priesol was a very positive experience. I especially appreciated his thoughtful bedside manner and the patience he showed throughout our visit.
