Adrian was fantastic! He was enthusiastic, had great marketing ideas, he listened to us, understood what was important to us, and when we had a rather significant problem occur, he handled it masterfully with minimal involvement from us. There were even some issues a few months AFTER the escrow closed and he STILL handled them. He always had our best interests at heart and absolutely took care of us. Adrian is an exceptional agent to work with. He took time to understand my individual situation and worked around my constraints without hesitation. He guided and advised me throughout the entire process of selling my home and was available to answer all questions I had. Towards the end of the sale as things tended to get busy for him and things required less hands on attention communication slacked off a bit.
