Tanning beds are stellar, but the customer service could use a little bit of sprucing up. I didn’t appreciate getting spoken to like I’m less than for simply spraying a spritz that unbeknownst to me wasn’t able to be sampled. I understand products are meant to be sold, but gearing the conversation where a customer feels comfortable enough to buy is needed! As an employee at Adrian Image Center I take pride in our store. Friendly staff and clean facilities make for an excellent visit. Best lamps in town!! Great selection of lotions as well!
