I met Dr Hamburger when he first came to the USA and worked in TX. We bonded over our shared homesickness. He was very empathetic.

This anesthesiologist did not help me at all. I went to see him for Arthritis pain in my neck. I gave him a copy of a CD x ray of my neck for him to view which my primary had ordered. He told me it was the wrong cd and would order one from the hospital. He ordered pain medication for me that kept me up all night vomiting. He told me he was not going to give me any shots or tests, saying that I could not have an MRI because I was claustrophobic . Not even a Cat Scan. I have never had a claustrophobia problem. I went to Dr. Hamburger for horrible back pain that woke me from sleep every single night, and prevented me from falling back to sleep. I had previously had MRIs from other Doctors that hadn't shown anything. He ordered a bone scan, which also showed nothing. After going over the results with me he said he wanted to make my next appointment for 6 months. Please ignore last review about not receiving a referral. Problem was system-related.
