Terrible communication and customer service. They were extremely cooperative and helpful before we made a payment in full for services and once that happened we were basically ghosted with almost no communication. When they did bother to get back to us, none of our concerns had been addressed and their responses were more like we were inconveniencing them to take a few minutes to go over things with us. Terrible communication. Took way past the agreed time to receive our pictures and even then it was uploaded to a Dropbox in sections and would only get posted when I kept calling, texting, and emailing about my pictures. Have not received the usb or personalized box that we paid for.

We hired Adrian Christie Photography for our wedding on November 22, 2024 in La Jolla. Communication was rough but we overlooked it leading up to our date. Day of was amazing! We loved Adrian and his assistants service and energy the day of. Sadly, we did not receive our videos and photos when we were supposed to per the contract. Now it’s been six months and we still don’t have the flash drive that we were supposed to receive in the mail in March. I cannot express how badly I wanted to give Adrian Christie a 5-star review. However, in good conscience...I cannot. Christie was an absolute joy to work with, from start to finish, over-the-phone meetings, checking in, and the videography of the day. Leading up to and the day of our wedding was filled with so many bumps, and she was a huge encouragement. However, the lead photographer frustrated me. And, whoever completed our editing was lacking.
