My wife and I used Adrian when selling our house in the Old North Durham neighborhood. Adrian showed great knowledge about both our neighborhood and surrounding neighborhoods as well as the Durham market in general. After entering contract to sell we ran into an unexpected delay in closing which Adrian immediately notified us about.
