Went in yesterday with my cousin for piercings. We were walk-ins. I got a helix piercing and she got two lobe piercings. Unfortunately, the girl who initially helped us with the jewelry selection was very unfriendly and confusing when explaining the pricing and process. She kept taking the earrings out of our hands while we were simply trying to look at them and decide, and overall came across with a lot of attitude whenever we asked questions. Came in today because of a piercing promo. I was chatting with the folks checking everyone in and then impulsively added on my conch. Front end was super busy but the team works hard at being organized and providing high quality customer service. Had a great time and my piercings look awesome - thank you for answering all my questions!

I came here for a nose piercing. It was my first time, and I had some questions. The guy who did the piercing was very rude and did not answer them. The staff were super unhelpful. I would never recommend this place to people who are anxious or getting their first piercing. Horrible experience.
