I've been to Adrenaline a few times for piercings and it's been a bit of a shit show... Double conch piercing experience: I came in to get a double helix piercing but because of my ear shape they recommended a double conch piercing instead. I got them done and left... and it was years of bumps and buildup and no fun. I came back numerous times for advice and the staff recommended I use sterilized toothpicks (they provided) to clean, salt soaks, but nothing worked. I got one of my upper helix earrings replaced and I asked the piercer to check if another upper helix hole was grown in or not. It wasn’t, so he offered to place my old earring in the hole, and proceeded to push it in - and insisted I would feel tightness but that it wasn’t a new piercing so it didn’t require cleaning/ extra care. So many good things to say about adrenaline kits! I have gotten many tattoos and piercings here and they have been so lovely every time. The place is clean and the staff are so kind. If you are looking for any sort of tattoo or piercing service, go here!!
Had an amazing experience with Kurtis Chappell at Adrenaline! His customer service was incredible. he made me feel so comfortable and at ease throughout the whole process. You can tell he really cares about his work and his clients. I’ll definitely be going back and highly recommend him to anyone looking for a great experience!
