Horrible customer service from the tanning manager Jackie! She turned into a royal bitch when i changed my mind about my membership that i has just started 20 min prior. "This is what im going to do and not going to do....I dont have to do anything for you!" Wow, not only did she belittle me and speak ti me like i was a 5 year old, but left me so appalled and embarrassed that I left in tears.
