You don't have to be an athlete to train like one. Adrenaline is a place where we can train Strongmen and empower Strong Women. Adrenaline is a very welcoming place. I have been working out from home for a while and I decided to take my fitness journey to the next level and I'm glad I chose Adrenaline. Derek, the owner, immediately made me feel like I belong there. Also, I went to my first fitness class this morning, and I admit that I struggled with it (the routine, the weights, all of it). 2nd time I wasted my time with this place so you don't have to ! I'm here at 3:10 pm Friday to register but there is no staff nothing ! AVOID THIS PLACE ! they advertise 24h but they are never open!
