First of all, loves to the dog, Indiana. He's the sweetest boy. An unexpected and delightful perk of working out here. The facilities are clean and in excellent condition. Nick, the owner, is win. He understands individual needs and tunes the workout accordingly. Professional and knowledgeable. He doesn't push unnecessarily. My spine is a mess, my hip reflexors have no flex, my leg muscles are tight - Adrenaline is the best decision I've made for my health in years.

There is something for everyone at ASC! Nick provides coaching for all fitness levels. His dedication to everyone's success is so apparent in his training!!
Our company started working with Nick and ASC about 15 months ago. Nick's helped us get into shape last winter and then Nick kept us motivated during the shut down, the re-opening and the second shut-down. His professionalism and dedication to keeping the ten of us in shape definitely helped us successfully meet the daily challenges that kept coming at us in 2020. Strong mind and strong body!!!
Nick is a great coach, and his workouts make fitness fun and rewarding, rather than intimidating or daunting. I highly recommend training with Nick if you are looking for results in a welcoming environment.
