My son’s been working with Richard for over a year now and the performance gains are obvious but I also appreciate all his efforts that go into injury prevention. My son used to have a lot of issue with injuries as well as stamina. That has now gone away and 4+ hours of tennis on a daily basis is no issue.
We are so thankful for the time and effort he puts into helping my boys become stronger, more well-rounded athletes. He is wonderful at creating workouts that are challenging, age-appropriate, and specifically beneficial to their tennis. I would highly recommend him to any young athlete looking to take their fitness and performance to the next level!
Coach Richard is an amazing coach!! Not only does he make fitness more enjoyable, he also adjusts to personal needs and can help a lot with different injuries! As a tennis player, he’s helped me so much with agility, endurance, but also aches and pains. He also gave me breathing techniques that have been game changers! He knows everything there is to know about fitness Definitely deserves 5 stars ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
