I went into the Logan store a couple days ago and I received terrible customer service. The employee working was absolutely no help to me at all. He was more concerned about telling me useless crap about all of the cars he owns. He wouldn't even stop talking long enough for me to tell him what I was looking for. What i thought would be a quick stop turned into 30 minutes of my day wasted as they didn't even have what I was looking for. They didn't have a great range of product selection. Love this store friendly every time I go in
This place has no customer service. When you buy an rc and it's broke right out of the box they tell you that you have to call the manufacturer in China, wtf!!!! It was a quadcopter I bought for my son's birthday and the charger it came with puffed the lipo because the charger is defective. They don't stand behind their products. I will never step foot in their again, besides you can buy the same rcs online for much, much cheaper. I needed a Servo for my Savage Flux. They didn't have what I wanted and sold me a savox servo ($45). It didn't work right so I went to take it back. They WILL NOT DO REFUNDS on any parts. Even ebay hobby shops do returns. So they sold me a BEC ($25) telling me I needed more power for the servo. They showed me how to wire it up, I DID EXACTLY WHAT THEY TOLD ME. It fried all my wires going to the BEC and To my Mamba Monster ESC. I took it in and showed them. They couldn't figure out what went wrong. Even though I hooked It up ... read more
