Their cold plunge & sauna are awesome! After a 4.5-hour golf practice, my body was overheated and in shock. I texted Ben (the owner) and he was able to get me in quickly. What a life saver! If I didn’t do the cold plunge right away, my lower back and legs would’ve so sore the next day. I highly recommend this place & Ben!
I have been here at Rift for 3 months now and I love it so much! I love having an intense sauna and cold plunge right after my workout! It’s so nice to knock everything out at once! The wave of the future will be focusing on not only strength training, but cellular health, regeneration and recovery. RIFT is the only gym smart enough to put all of it together and I’m so grateful I found them. Everyone is so friendly!!!! It’s very comfy and Gabe always makes everyone feel so welcomed, I really love our culture here 🥰🧬
I finally found a place to work out and get in shape. Gym is clean. Great trainers. Ben customized a program that is challenging but makes me feel good.
Great place for no nonsense workout. Clean, flexible, personal. The Sauna and the cold plunges are great.
