Great gym. Even if your visiting!
This place will really try to make you comfortable even if you’ve never been to the gym. I’ve been working with Myles and he’s great. He’s very detailed and explains things in depth so you can really understand the movements. He really try’s to understand where your weak points are and what your goals are. Rift is such a dope spot!! I was in town for a new months and they had the coolest set up for what I was looking for. I wanted a quality place to go to for sauna and cold plunging- this is it!! Fresh air, clean, a small little gem. Also the staff are awesome! Whenever I'm in Clearwater I will be coming here, lovely.
