Such a wonderful facility, made even better by Casidhe who was so incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. She is an amazing trainer!!
I was hesitant at first but Casidhe helped me step outside my comfort zone. She was very positive and explained everything in detail and I left feeling excited to come back!
Great gym! Friendly staff and always there to help when you need it. Haven’t been to any gym quite like this one!
