I really enjoy training at Rift Fitness. Ben is genuinely one of the most humble people you’ll meet. He truly cares about your progress and always pushes you to be your best. Highly recommend this place to anyone serious about leveling up.

Great gym! If you’re getting tired of commercial gyms, this is the right place for you!
Phenomenal gym with a great group of coaches. Everyone’s very friendly and willing to help out. I’m here every day for the sauna and the weights/machines are solid. In the bigger gyms it always seems like some machines out of order, I haven’t run into that yet here. Things are taken care of and if they break it’s fixed quickly. Definitely a great place to get a workout in and also to relax if you just want to sauna/cold plunge.
