Great gym all the equipment you need to stay fit and healthy. Very well maintained. Machines and free weights are wonderful. 130 lbs dumbbells!!! Shout out to the staff that keep it so clean Thank you!!!

After a poor experience a few years ago I will happily admit that the new management and team have turned this place around. It is good to see some equipment upgrades including new upholstery for the benches. I very much appreciate the "new" Adrenaline Fitness!

4 stars because i have been going to this gym for 8 years and the environment, members & equipment is positive and maintained well. Props to Brody, Bob & staff (rena/aiden) ! However, since the new 'operations manager' has began working my experience has declined. I chose to write this review today because we had a situation this AM and the way he handled it was not managerial, calm or fair. The gym is a place of peace and mental health therapy for some, lets keep a safe space and have manager to learn how to resolve issues ... read more

Gym was clean, staff was friendly, equipment was organized, everything you need for a variety of workouts. Will be back!
