I joined ADF Unlimited 3 months ago, and I am so happy I did! The studio is super inclusive, and all the instructors are so welcoming. ADF offers lots of class types, and each is a great workout. The live-stream option works great when my work schedule gets crazy. Going to a class is truly one of the best parts of my day!
Just attended a private class booked through our church and had an absolute blast! Tiffany was so welcoming, encouraging, and enthusiastic! The night before, she even texted each of us and ask us what songs we like. I would 100% come to adrenaline again! If you’re in the fence, go ahead and go.
I absolutely love the Zumba and toning classes at Adrenaline Dance Fitness! Jessica brings so much energy, positivity, and encouragement to every class. Her workouts are fun, challenging, and perfect for all fitness levels. The Zumba classes feel more like a dance party than exercise, and the toning sessions leave me feeling stronger and energized. I’ve been to so many workout classes in the past but I’ve never felt so comfortable in a class!!! I did the upper body strength training class and was pretty nervous about the intensity but the instructor allowed everyone to take their own pace and select their own weights!!! The other attendees were friendly and I felt welcomed!!! Will definitely be taking a dancing class here as well
