Tiffany held a private class for the Junior League and we had a blast. She kept the energy up and encouraged the whole time! Will 100% be taking another class with her.
Love the classes here! Sooo much fun! All the crew are friendly and down to earth. They also have a nice variety of classes to choose from.
I started coming to Adrenaline to do barre with Madison and I LOVE it! All the instructors and the owner are so welcoming and kind. Madison is the absolute best fitness instructor I have found! She picks the best music and she is so energetic and upbeat it makes the class fly by. The barless barre is a whole body workout and I feel 1000% better after each class, highly recommend!!
