Today was my first time EVER trying a cycle class so of course I was super nervous, However once I arrived I was immediately greeted with a smile and warm welcome from the owner and instructor. Amaya explained to me how the class would run and showed me how to use the bike. I left my water in the car and she was so sweet to give me a water for the class! Yessss Hospitality ❤️..let’s just say I can’t wait for my next class!!!

Love this place! Great energy, music, and a positive vibe, every class is an experience, not just a workout.The instructors are incredible. The owners and staff are extremely helpful and kind. Highly recommend!

I haven’t been in a cycle class in probably over 10 years but came to ride with Taylor - it was amazing!! She made the room so calm and kept positive energy throughout the entire class with shout outs and fun upbeat music. She was encouraging throughout the class and her instructions on how to use the bike were clear. The class was challenging but doable and I’m excited to come back again!! Thanks Taylor!

The class was great. It was an awesome first time experience. Britney was full of life and made it so easy to catch on!! Glad I got the two for 20 deal because I will definitely be back!!
